Woodstone Wellness utilizes a 24hr Cancellation Policy. No-Show appointments will be charged for full price of service scheduled.
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled anytime before, and up until, 24hrs prior to scheduled appointment. This may be done online through your account. Any cancelled prepaid appointments will be saved as a credit on your account to use for future appointments. If you prefer a refund (minus the cc processing fee) please contact us.
For Late Arrivals: Please note, if you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your therapist has the right to consider you as a No-Show and payment will be received. This is at the discretion of the therapist. Many sessions cannot be completed to satisfaction within a shortened time frame.
